McLeod Outpatient Infusion Services

Infusion Services are offered at all McLeod Health campuses. This department provides infusion treatments for many chronic and acute disease states including infections, rheumatoid arthritis, neurological disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, and others.  The multidisciplinary team of nurses and pharmacists works closely with physicians and other support staff to provide safe and holistic care to the patients.  Questions concerning the patient’s diagnosis, treatment, and side effects can be and are provided by this team. The department also offers ample room for a family member or friend to remain with the patient and provide support while they receive treatment.

To refer a patient, please choose the appropriate infusion treatment plan form below. Once completed, please fax Treatment Plan to the McLeod Medication Access Team at 843-777-9798.
