Get To Know Our PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Program

ashp-residency-accredited-rgbThe program is based at the 517-bed McLeod Regional Medical Center (MRMC), the flagship hospital for a seven-hospital system, stretching from the Midlands to the Coast of South Carolina. The residency program holds accreditation as a Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency Program from the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and trains pharmacists for 21st-century health care positions.

  • Provide drug information services along with medication and practice-related education/training to patients, other health care providers and the community.
