On October 16, 2024, five dedicated students celebrated their successful completion of the MST Fast Track Apprenticeship Program, a transformative partnership between Florence-Darlington Technical College and Apprenticeship Carolina. 

This rigorous 13-week program equipped participants with the skills needed to excel in healthcare while working towards their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. These graduates are now stepping into Medical Surgical Technician (MST) roles at McLeod Regional Medical Center, where they will make a meaningful impact in patient care.

This achievement marks an exciting milestone for both the students and the healthcare system as they help address critical workforce needs.
