McLeod Health hosts the Dr. F.H. McLeod Seminar to provide medical staff physicians with insights on national healthcare trends, motivational topics, and organizational updates from leadership.

On March 11, 2025, more than 100 medical staff members and guests gathered at the Dunes Club in Myrtle Beach for “Leading for Today and Tomorrow: Thriving in a Multigenerational Organization,” presented by Dr. Melissa Furman of Career Potential, LLC. This seminar followed a similar event held on February 4 at the Florence Center, where Inland McLeod physicians attended the same presentation, which offered one hour of CME on the challenges of a multigenerational healthcare workforce.
