On Thursday, July 25th seven dedicated students from the McLeod Health Youth Apprenticeship program successfully completed their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification at Florence-Darlington Technical College. This great accomplishment was celebrated in a graduation ceremony where Heather West, ACNO, addressed and congratulated the students for their hard work.
The students underwent an intensive 8-week training program, demonstrating remarkable commitment and perseverance. As they embark on their professional journey, they will now have the exciting opportunity to apply their skills and knowledge as Medical Surgical Technicians at McLeod Regional Medical Center. This accomplishment not only highlights their hard work but also the strength of our apprenticeship programs in preparing young individuals for impactful careers in healthcare.
