On Wednesday, January 25, Horry County community leaders and the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation (MBREDC) Industry Awareness Class visited the City of Loris to learn more about the businesses and industries in the area.

The Center for Health & Fitness hosted the group for lunch and Scott Montgomery, CEO and Vice President of McLeod Health Loris, presented on the future growth and services at McLeod Loris Seacoast.

Mayor Todd Harrelson of Loris welcomed guests and Cynthia Davis of the South Carolina Department of Commerce presented on embracing new technologies and industries that are leading the way in South Carolina.
