Prime Parcel Location will house Primary Care and Targeted Services
In continued commitment to providing excellence in care for residents of Lake City and lower Florence County, McLeod Health has purchased 8 acres of land on US Hwy 52 near the US 378 Bypass. Plans for this property include a new office building for McLeod Primary Care Lake City and space for mobile imaging and diagnostic services. Following acquisition of permits, construction is scheduled to begin later this year with a targeted opening of summer 2024.
McLeod Primary Care Lake City was established in October 2022 with physicians Dr. David Moon, Dr. Daniel DeCamps and Dr. Cody Anderson, as well as advanced practitioners Lisa Castles, PA-C, and Courtney Stanley, PA-C joining McLeod Physician Associates. These exceptional medical professionals have continued to deliver the highest-level care to patients and the Lake City community with access to the extensive services of McLeod Health.
“With this investment, McLeod renews our commitment to care for the residents of this community now and in the future, beginning with a new home for this excellent team of providers and staff,” said Ken Beasley, Senior Vice President of McLeod Physician Associates.
The new office of McLeod Primary Care Lake City will provide greater convenience and access for patients and staff. The approximately 5000 square foot facility will house space for 16 exam rooms, lab and x-ray on site, a large waiting area, and ample parking. Planning is underway for additional onsite services to be located on the property in future phases of development.
