The very special volunteers who donate their time and talents to make a difference at McLeod Health Clarendon were celebrated on Tuesday, May 23rd, during a luncheon at the hospital in honor of their service throughout the year.

In 2022, these dedicated volunteers together contributed 8,164 hours of their time to McLeod Health Clarendon. The Volunteer Services Department consists of more than 28 men and women who work in almost every facet of the organization including the information desk, transportation, gift shop, surgical waiting areas, radiology, clerical duties, conducting daily patient rounds, and much more.

Volunteers have always played an important role in helping McLeod Health Clarendon deliver quality care to its patients. “There is something very special and unique about each and every one of our volunteers. For all the various big jobs and small tasks they do with their warm smiles and open hearts we thank them,” said Stacy Mosier, Volunteer Services Coordinator.
