Kim Conyers was presented with the Quarter 4 (October, November, December) Sunshine Patient Recognition Award for McLeod Health Cheraw. This is a quarterly award presented to the employee who is recognized the highest number of times by our patients during Patient Experience rounds for those months. 

Conyers serves as an Intensive Care Unit nurse and has been a part of the McLeod family since 1996 and the Cheraw family since 2017. She is known for her compassionate and thorough care of the whole patient but also how she daily exemplifies our Core Values to the fullest and sets the standard for what a “spirit of willing and compassionate service to others” and “a commitment to the well-being of the whole person” truly looks like. 

Some of the comments made by our patients about Conyers include “You can tell it’s a calling for her and not just a job.” “We were so thankful for Kim and all she did for us.” “Kim was absolutely wonderful.”
