GENEVIEVE BADAOUI, PT, CIDN
Physical Therapist
Following her graduation from McGill University (Montreal, Quebec, Canada) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy, Genevieve was hired as a staff physical therapist at Club Medico Sportif in Montreal — a clinic specializing in postural and spine rehabilitation. This initial work experience sparked her love of spinal rehabilitation and manual therapy. After moving to Myrtle Beach, Genevieve worked in outpatient rehabilitation, while continuing her education through various courses in Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University, including cranial sacral therapy. Genevieve is certified in Integrative Dry Needling and has received extensive training with the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI). Genevieve has over 20 years of experience before joining McLeod Health in 2021. When she isn’t working, Genevieve enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and dogs. She also enjoys staying active through activities such as Pilates, spinning, yoga, and kickboxing.

KEVIN BULLARD, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Kevin Bullard is a native of Fair Bluff, North Carolina. He studied Exercise Physiology and Physical Therapy at East Carolina University where he graduated in 2005. He went on to complete his Doctoral Studies with the University of St. Augustine following their manual Physical Therapy concentration and culminating in a Manual Therapy Certification. Kevin is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and holds several certifications in Dry Needling as well. He enjoys his career as an outpatient Physical Therapist, working with a wide range of orthopedic dysfunctions to include over a decade as the primary provider for collegiate athletes, youth related sports injuries, injured workers and tactical athletes. Kevin also enjoys working with joint replacement patients and chronic pain conditions where Physical Therapy can provide unique applications to improve function and ameliorate pain. Kevin special interest in spine and return to dynamic performance/athletics as a treatment focus.
Kevin holds Faith and Family as the upmost of importance and much of his free time revolves around these. He also enjoys exercise of many varieties and is an avid outdoorsman with as much hiking and fishing worked into his schedule as possible. Kevin joined the Mcleod family in 2023. -
COREEN COLLINS, PT, OCS, CMPT
Physical Therapist
Coreen is a 1999 graduate of Quinnipiac University. Coreen’s clinical background is in general outpatient rehabilitation. She received her certification in Manual Physical Therapy from NAIOMT in 2009 and was board certified in orthopedics from ABSPT in 2011. Coreen has been practicing dry needling since 2015. Professional interests include orthopedics, joint replacements, sports injuries and neck/lower back pain. Coreen serves in a supervisory role on the rehabilitation leadership team. Coreen has been a team member at McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2004.

CHRISSY CROWE, PT, ATC
Physical Therapist
Chrissy is a 2002 graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Athletic Training. She received her certification as an Athletic Trainer in 2003. In 2004, Chrissy earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Andrews University in Dayton, Ohio. Her clinical interests and specializations include general outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction and TMJ. Chrissy is certified by TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) and enjoys working with the golf community. Chrissy worked as a Physical Therapist for the University of Dayton where she provided all post-operative and sports medicine rehabilitation to the Division 1 athletes. Chrissy moved to Myrtle Beach in 2015 and enjoys spending time with her two Labrador retrievers, living an active lifestyle, and following collegiate athletics. Chrissy joined the McLeod Health in August 2020.

AMANDA L. HORTON, PT, DPT, CLT
Physical Therapist
Amanda received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2012. Amanda is certified in the treatment of Lymphedema and has specialized training in trigger point dry needling. Amanda has provided services in a variety of settings including outpatient rehabilitation and aquatic therapy. Amanda has been a member of McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2012.

JESSICA JACKSON, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Jessica Jackson graduated in 2010 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She joined McLeod Seacoast Hospital in 2012. As a general outpatient physical therapist, Jessica has experience treating orthopedic and neurological conditions across all ages. Jessica has training in many treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, individualized exercise prescription, vestibular rehab, kinesiology taping, and cupping. Jessica is also certified in dry needling and has certifications in several functional movement assessments. She is passionate about helping her patients return to doing what they love with less pain and limitations.

CATHERINE SHELTON, PT
Physical Therapist
Catherine Shelton graduated with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. Her 25+ year career has focused upon outpatient orthopedic care treating multiple conditions with emphasis upon low back pain, chronic pain and various common joint issues (tendonitis, bursitis and post-surgical). Her treatment philosophy includes whole body integration techniques for maximal therapeutic benefit to patients. Catherine joined the Mcleod family in 2023.

SHELLEY SZABO, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Shelley is a graduate of Elon University where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She attended Ohio State University for her undergraduate work. Shelley’s clinical career began at the Cleveland Clinic where she specialized in treating critically ill patients in the ICU. Shelley is a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist, certified kinesiotape practitioner and certified LSVT clinician. She has been a member of McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2011.

MELISSA WAGNER, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Melissa Wagner, PT, DPT, graduated from Misericordia University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. Melissa has clinical experience treating various diagnoses including orthopedics and vestibular dysfunction. She is also trained in the treatment of the pelvic floor in men and women and dry needling. Melissa’s professional interests include working with patients who have pelvic floor dysfunction and spreading awareness of the importance of pelvic rehabilitation and education. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, gardening, and baking. She has been a part of the McLeod Seacoast team since 2022.
