PAULA BELLAMY, PT
Physical Therapist
Paula is a 1993 graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina. She has experience in home health and in outpatient therapies with treatment of orthopedic, neurological, pediatric and chronic pain patients. She has training in myofascial release and manual therapy as well as use of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. She has been with McLeod since 2003.

KRZYSZTOF KORTHALS, PT
Physical Therapist
Krzysztof is a 1989 graduate of Academy of Physical Education, School of Physical Therapy in Warsaw Poland. Krzysztof’s background includes outpatient orthopedic therapy, acute care and home care. Specialized training includes Kaltenborn mobilization of spine and extremities, strain/counterstrain, myofascial release and kinesio taping. Krzysztof’s professional interest includes treatment of dysfunction of spine and extremities. Krzysztof has been a team member at McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2009.

JUSTIN MATHEWS, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Justin received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. During his studies, Justin had the opportunity to work with a variety of surgical and non-surgical orthopedic cases in both children and adults. He also has experience treating individuals who have suffered from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. Justin has special interests in treating sports and athletic injuries, running injuries, joint replacements, and other surgical and non-surgical orthopedic conditions. Justin has been with McLeod Health since 2019.

ELIZABETH ROSE, PT, DPT

Elizabeth is a 2002 graduate of Duke Medical University, Doctorate of Physical Therapy Graduate program. Elizabeth’s clinical background is in outpatient rehabilitation where she has specialized training in the following: aquatic therapy, manual therapy, pulmonary and cancer rehabilitation. Elizabeth’s professional background includes supervision and management, program development and electronic medical record development. Elizabeth has been with McLeod Health since 2007.

TAYLOR SAWYER, PT, DPT, CLT
Physical Therapist
Taylor received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina (Charleston) in 2013 and started working at McLeod shortly after graduation. The majority of her continuing education has been focused on evaluation and treatment of women and men with urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, low back pain, bowel dysfunction and symptoms caused by pelvic cancers and cancer treatments. In 2017, Taylor received her CLT from the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. Taylor was employed at McLeod Regional Medical Center for 5 years, and transferred to McLeod Seacoast in 2018 when she moved to the coast.
