ABBEY LAUVER, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Abbey is from Toledo, OH, and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Toledo in 2017. She moved with her husband to South Carolina after graduation where she practiced as an outpatient therapist in Myrtle Beach.
Abbey joined McLeod Health in April 2020, and treats a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions in patients that range from teenagers to older adults. She is currently Level 1 and Level 2 Dry Needling certified through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments.
Abbey is actively involved with the American Physical Therapy Association and serves as the co-chair of the Grand Strand District. When she is not working, her hobbies include hiking, camping, reading, and playing with her two dogs Rocksy and Tucker. -
VAUGHN MOORE, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Vaughn Moore graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University in 2015. She attended UNC Charlotte for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and became a certified Health Fitness Specialist prior to attending graduate school. Vaughn’s clinical experience includes outpatient and aquatic physical therapy, treating a variety of orthopedic, neurologic and vestibular diagnoses. She also has experience in inpatient physical therapy at a skilled nursing facility. Her professional interests and continuing education include various orthopedic, neurologic, and post-partum conditions. She is a certified LSVT BIG therapist for the treatment of Parkinson Disease and a certified clinical instructor for APTA. She joined the McLeod Seacoast team in 2017.

MEGAN TEETERS, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Megan received her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2006. After graduation, Megan continued her studies at the University of St. Augustine, receiving her doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Megan comes to McLeod Health with experience in outpatient hospital rehabilitation. Her experience includes patients with orthopedic deficits, vestibular dysfunction, gait and balance disorders, lower back pain, sports injuries, workers compensation injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain associated with women’s health. In 2015, Megan moved to the Myrtle Beach area and worked as a clinic director in a private practice outpatient rehabilitation facility. Megan joined the McLeod Health in August 2020. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, and going to the beach.
