These chronic, life-threatening conditions include Congestive Heart Failure, Stroke, Kidney Disease, Cancer, Diabetes, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Alzheimer’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

The McLeod Palliative Care Team works with the patient’s physician to provide care to allow for less pain and improved control of symptoms.

    McLeod Outpatient Palliative Care works with your primary care doctor to add support and treat symptoms such as pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, constipation, nausea, loss of appetite and difficulty sleeping. We can also assist with advance care planning and establishing goals of care to ensure your medical wishes are respected.
