McLeod Diabetes Center

The McLeod Diabetes Center’s primary goal is to provide quality care, regardless of inability to pay, to the diabetic population in the Florence community and the surrounding areas. The McLeod Diabetes Center achieves and strives to meet these goals by offering inpatient and outpatient care to patients with diagnoses of Type 1, Type 2, pre-diabetic and gestational diabetes and hypoglycemia through comprehensive diabetes evaluation, diabetes self-management education, medical nutritional therapy and weight management.
