McLeod Health is pleased to announce that Beth O’Laire has been named Vice President of Human Resources Operations.

Beth comes to McLeod from Ascension in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she served as Market Chief HR Executive. In her new role, Beth will be responsible for day-to-day leadership for Human Resources Operations including Compensation and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations and Retention,  Human Resources Information Systems, the McLeod Child Development Center and Records Management.

Beth received a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Science from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. At the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, she also served as an adjunct instructor teaching training, development and benefits courses to undergraduate students in the College of Business HR Management program. Beth is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and earned certification as a Strategic HR Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute.

A native of Wisconsin, Beth is married to her high school sweetheart, Wes, and they have two sons, Liam and Flynn. She is an avid Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers fan.
