The McLeod Diabetes Center has partner with the McLeod Health Foundation by being able to offer scholarship funding to better serve the self pay population of the community and to offer pediatric outreach and wellness.
This grant will provide funds to patients with diabetes allowing them to receive diabetes education and the ability to monitor their blood glucose levels without regards to ability to pay.

The focus of this project is to provide support, education and resources to children and teens living with pre-diabetes, type 1 or type 2 diabetes, their parents and their family members in the local communities.
